Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We were established October 1, 2005.
Q. Do you have a Minimum Order Requirement?
A. No, order as much or as little as you like.
Q.When will my order be shipped?
A. We try to ship out orders the same or next day, but please allow up 2 to 3 days.
Q. Do I have to have a business license to order?
A. We will process orders with out a Business License on file but there is a $8.00 service fee added to each order and Texas residents will also be subject to State sales tax.
Q. How can I place my orders?
A. You can place orders on line through our secure web site, call or fax in your orders or email an order ( do not put credit card information on any email, emails are not a secure method for sending sensitive information )
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Visa / MasterCard, Discover, American Express, US Postal Money Order, Personal / Business Check and now accepting PayPal. Note: If you wish to pay using PalPal, Call or Send us an email with the items you want to order, we will then box your and weigh the order and send you an Invoice through PayPal for the total order and shipping cost. Sorry for this inconvenience but using PayPal for direct Checkout would force us to add Extra Cost to Shipping to ensure the Carriers Shipping Fee's were covered. If you have any questions please contact us. ( Orders paid by check or money order held until payment clears our bank )
Q. Why don't I see a Shipping Total when I place my order?
A. Because we only charge the actual shipping cost that the shipping provider charges us. (Unless the customer request special packing)
Until we receive your order, get it boxed, weighed and measured, we do not know what you shipping cost will be.
The customers may request an estimate for shipping charges. If the actual shipping cost is more than the estimate given then we will contact you with the new cost before the order is shipped.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, but please check your Laws on Cutlery before placing an order. The purchaser is responsible for all Shipping cost, Duties and Customs Fee's.
Q. Do you charge a Service Fee for International orders?
A. International ( Canadian orders are not charged a service fee ) orders under $200.00 are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
Q. Do you offer Drop Shipping?
A. Yes, we Drop Ship our products under your name for a $1.50 per address / order.
When placing your order in the comment box write " THIS IS A DROP SHIP ORDER " also include what company name and address you want on the return label. We ship your order without any invoice, cards or anything identifying us as the shipper. Also known as blind Drop Shipping.
Please note that shipping single pocket knives, small daggers ect. (small items under 3 - 5 lbs. ) are cheaper if shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Shipping these items by other carriers usually cost more. Swords and larger items are usually best sent by U.P.S.. Customer can still request the type shipping service.
Drop Ship Orders are are not availible for " International Addresses ". The Drop Ship service is for " U.S. Addresses Only ".
We " Thoroughly Hand Inspect " all Drop Ship orders before they leave our warehouse. The purchaser is responsible for all claims. We do not act as a warranty department for Drop Ship orders.
